Zachary Jones is the owner of Inbuilt Consulting Services, registered in Calgary Alberta Canada. ICS provides dynamic community consultation process, project development and monitoring and construction experience to government, private sector or community. With over 15 years of experience in Canada, Australia, Slovakia and Papua New Guinea in various capacities of community development and infrastructure architecture, ICS brings a wealth of cross cultural experience to maximize productive results in complicated, resource stressed and logistically complicated project situations. It prides itself in developing realistic and robust solutions to complex situations that are culturally relevant, adaptable and durable. Currently working in Papua New Guinea it is overseeing a number of housing and hydro electric project’s for the Eastern Highlands Province providing management, general Contracting, site supervision and procurement services.

Current operations also include liaising and project collaboration with other NGO organizations, Local, District and Provincial Governments, design and implementation of monitoring and evaluation frameworks. Other current work in Papua New Guinea includes installation of a number of community gravity fed water systems, solar lighting,  implementation and monitoring of community health and sanitation programs.
